My husband and I were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary at the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City. We were seated by the fountain in one of the great dining rooms, looked down and there it was! It was a wonderful romantic touch to an already wonderful day! Thank you very much for whomever left this.
