I had no idea IFAQH was even a thing, but I’m so very glad it is. I’m so touched by this small token of kindness and compassion. The heart I found was dangling from a tree, soaking wet in the rain. I’m struggling with my mental health and was having a particularly low day. The moment I found my heart was a magical one. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to take it, but once I saw the note that reads, “I need a home!” I knew it was meant for me. I know it might seem silly, but this small gesture meant the world to me and made my heart smile after a very challenging day. Thank you, kind quilting stranger for spreading some joy. I’m glad it found me.
