I found a quilted heart while coming out of a doctors appointment in Westfield Indiana USA. Since I need to have some follow up testing finding this quilted heart brought some comfort. Like it’s a sign everything will be ok. Thank you to whoever left the heart sitting in a small bush by my car which was not there when I went in.
