I found this beautiful heart while on my walk at Mercer County Park and I am overjoyed to have encountered such a touching thing! I have never heard of this project before, but after looking through the website, I can’t help but to smile at how pure of a service this is. Thank you for making my day, I Found a Quilted Heart!
