I found this beautiful little heart on a fence at the Howard County Fairgrounds during the Alpaca and Fleece festival. Every year my mom and I come here to see the cute alpacas and wonderful crafts. When leaving to go grab lunch together, I noticed it hanging off of the fence. It’s gorgeous and I love it! I’ve never heard of this and I think it’s such a great way to spread joy.
