I am on a cross country trip with my parents. We are on our way back home and we decided to boondock at the Badlands in South Dakota. We found a spot along the Wall and I went exploring. In front of our campsite was a pile of sticks. Underneath that pile was a plastic baggie with something inside. I first thought it was a geocache. I picked up the baggie to find a note and a quilted heart. I felt excited to find something. It is hanging in my camper now. It makes me feel like I’m part of something special. Thank you for this wonderful little surprise.
