While enjoying the beautiful splendor of the Waimea Canyon we were walking back to our car from one of the look outs and saw this beautiful quilted heart tucked into a stone handrail. I was instantly captured by it and asked around if anyone knew what it was. The parking attendant said she didn’t know but it must now belong to me. I couldn’t let it go. I decided that I would gift this to my best friend. The sunflower represents me and the bee represents her. The shape of the heart is the connection between us and our friendship. She was supposed to come on this trip but couldn’t make it so I will gift it to her. It is the best gift I could bring back for her. The moment I saw this it brought me joy and I was blessed.
