Thank you to whomever made this heart. To find something handmade and it being unexpected certainly has made my day. I reverse parked my car at the hospital this morning and saw this gorgeous heart with a note on it in the hedge that I was backing up to. I got out to look at it and have gleefully rehomed it. I keep visual diaries and often add textiles, this is the perfect serendipitous find for me and I love it – thank you x
