I decided to go on a mindfulness walk because I have been feeling down and disconnected recently. I wanted to notice the little things that I would usually miss when listening to music or thinking of everything that might stress me out and just being present for a while helped ground me and give me peace. I went to sit on a bench that I used to wait for my friends at every week 3 years ago and reliving the memory was happy, then I turned and saw a really pretty heart hanging on an umbrella and went to look closer at it and discovered ifaqh <3 it brought very pleasant energy into my day.
