Sydney, NS Canada

I’m travelling in a cruiseship and this is one of the ports of call. While walking around to get to know the place; I happened to find this gorgeous quilt heart hanging from a bush. It immediately caught my eye and I couldn’t help but smile when I read the attached “ I need a home “ message. The most amazing fact is that the motifs of the fabric depict Dia de los Muertos images. Has even a tiny skull in it, along with some plastic gemstones. This is an absolutely and typically Mexican thing. (I’m Mexican) for us this is a very important celebration. I am mesmerized at the coincidence. Very happy indeed.
Fun fact. Usually I never find anything ever; this trip it’s the third happy finding. First one was a tiny duck on an iceberg, second one was a tiny Jesus and now this one. Thanks to the people that has made my day. Which I really needed this days.
