I was walking along the Brown’s Creek Trail and walked by the entrance to an off-shoot trail which led to a babbling part of the creek. I wanted to go down and take in the beautiful sounds. As I back tracked and started to head down the trail, my eye caught something in the tree. It was a quilted heart!
At first, I thought that I would leave it in the tree for someone else to find but was curious about the website. So I checked it out and it said “If you find this quilted heart, it was meant for you!” It was THEN that I realized that the quilted heart had a goose on it. My grandpa whom I was very close to passed away years ago. He was an avid goose hunter and often visits me Earthside from his spiritual realm as a goose. I smiled and realized….this quilted heart WAS meant for me. ❤️
