I found this beauty as I came out of my last radiation treatment at the hospital. It was a bittersweet day for me. While I am grateful to be finished with this part of my breast cancer journey, I will miss the wonderful staff, technicians, nurses and doctors at this location. After seeing them daily for more than a month, they feel like friends. This quilted heart will always be a reminder of their compassionate care.
