On a quick trip to our local Home and DIY store, The Range, we drive into the car park and my husband began backing into a space, it wasn’t our usual spot, our usual spot (we’re regulars, obviously 😃) was taken as where several space next to it, so we took a different spot under a tree. As we backed in, I could see something bright and cheerful hanging from the tree in the rear view camera, curious, I waited until we were parked and quickly got out of the car and made my way over to the tree, to inspect what had caught my eye. I thought someone had left something behind after shopping, but on closer inspection, I could see the little note attached to the heart! I have to say, my heart skipped a beat, I hear and read so many stories of random acts of kindness but I’d never though I’d actually find such a thing! I was absolutely thrilled that this small work of art, hand made with love, was found, by little old me!! I consider it and honour and feel very lucky! Thank you to whoever made this beautiful quilted heart, you’ve made my day and even made my husband smile!! It’s been a difficult year for my husband, he suffered a heart attack at the beginning of this year and recovery has been slow and very traumatic. We found a heart just as things are starting to return to some normality, we feel it’s a sign, telling us we can now move on from all the trauma and start to rebuild our lives again, without fear and worry, This means so much to us!! God bless you!! ❤️
