My son and I were driving back home to Maryland from South Carolina and made a stop at the Welcome Center as we entered Virginia. As he came out of the building, something unique caught his eye—a wonderful Halloween-themed quilted heart! We had never heard of IFAQH.com, though we enjoy geocaching and have even hidden ducks on cruises. This unexpected find added a bit of adventure to our day.

Our trip to South Carolina was to visit my husband’s parents. My husband passed away two years ago, and this was the first time we’d seen them since. During our visit, we felt my husband’s presence through little signs, and discovering this heart felt like the most meaningful one of all. Halloween was his favorite holiday, and he would have loved the design and the tiny spider attached. Now, my son keeps the heart on his dresser as a beautiful reminder of our visit to his grandparents and the precious signs we felt during our time there. Thank you for this heartfelt reminder of the love we hold for him.
