While walking to work this morning, I was on the telephone with one of my daughters living abroad. I arrived in the lobby of the NOAA Headquarters office building and found this heart near the elevators. The yellow ribbon caught my eye, reminding me of the hostages still being held in Israel. The heart gave me a space of hope.
