My brother and I had walked over to the local park and had found this hanging on a newly planted tree. He didn’t seem to mind that it was there but I had noticed it right away and my curiosity instantly was piqued. I initially thought it was a part of the reason it was planted as there is currently an unmarked stand in front of the new tree. My curiosity remained minutes later, I began to check out what it was and what it meant and now here I am! -ZE 4/23/2024
