I found this heart on my walk through a community with a beautiful lake called Bridgeport. I am about 3 weeks postpartum and beginning my journey back to eventually run. I currently do walks on this community. I do 2 laps, and the first one I focused on podcasts on healthy, eating keto and running. On the second lap, I found this heart. I’m sure someone had just dropped it off. To me it was a little God wink assuming me that I was on the right journey and right timing to beginning my fitness journey.
