My fiancé and I have been taking care of my grandparents recently after their health took a steep decline and last night was particularly stressful both with work and family. Today I decided to take a walk to clear my head and surprise my fiancé at work and as I was walking back I found the heart hanging off a tree. My grandma loves quilting and the heart made me think of her and I felt like I’m where I need to be right now.
