Today marks 3 months since my infant son passed away. I was walking with a dear friend and we spotted this heart. It contains symbols of the ocean: life vests, a boat, a sea turtle, and a sea horse. Both sea turtles and sea horses symbolize determination and the ability to stay strong despite obstacles. I felt this was a sign from our baby.
