This is the second time I have found a quilted heart! I was so delighted because I am from Texas and I had flown to Michigan earlier this morning. First stop was to my mother‘s gravesite. Then to my favorite little town whenever I visit, Saline. Particularly at this time of year when they are all decorated for fall festivities. What a special place. I brought my husband with me this time and as we walked into the beautiful Salt Brewery for a wonderful lunch, I immediately saw the heart. My first thought was that it was part of the landscape decoration, but I just couldn’t help reaching out and touching it. Once I did, I realized the treasure I had discovered and how fortunate I was to have been the recipient. I looked at it as an omen. A sign of love and a brighter future. Thank you so much.
