I noticed this heart hanging from a tree branch in a shelter at Philippe Park. My family was there to celebrate my brother and sister-in-law’s baby shower. The heart is blue (most of us think they are having a baby boy – they chose not to know the sex before birth), so I felt it was a happy coincidence and lovely symbol of the love that my family and I already have for this child. I’m so incredibly proud of my brother and I know he’ll be a great father. I will cherish this quilted heart and hang it somewhere at home where I can see it everyday as a happy reminder!
