I work at the DMV off of 28th and Broadway. I was on my daily lunch break walk around the neighborhood behind DMV. As I was walking I saw a beautiful quilted heard hung around a fire hydrant. I picked it up and immediately went to the website to read all about this wonderful heart. I texted my wife and my mother to tell them about what I had found. I was having a not so great day and this discovery really brightened up my day so thank you so much for this wonderful experience!
