I own a small boutique in Sackets Harbor, NY and found this beautiful heart hanging from my stoop railing this morning (May 16, 2024)! I was so blessed to find this – and will absolutely treasure it!
My father and his family grew up in the Buffalo, NY area. My dad has five sisters, two of which have passed on within the last two years. Quilting was more than a hobby for all of my aunts – but especially for the two that are now in heaven. This IFAQH project is something that The Aunts would totally have done – so I take this as a gift from them, too.
