After spending 15 minutes trying to find a parking place in downtown Roseville, CA I felt like I’d won the lottery when I found one. But when I saw the heart on a railing, I REALLY felt like I had won! I already follow this group on Facebook and when I saw the heart I thought “it can’t be”. But it was! Thank you to whoever left it there. It was a wonderful surprise. I’m going to share it with my granddaughter (4)because she loves sea turtles after seeing some in Hawaii this year.
