Finding this beautiful quilted heart today was a real gift! After parking the car for a new doctor appointment, I was sitting in my car upset about a sad, stressful situation over which I have no control. Before getting out of my car, a bright orange ribbon caught my eye. I saw it hanging from a limb of a bush in the landscaping right in front of my car. Since I recently joined the “I Found A Quilted Heart” Facebook page, I remembered seeing posts with photos of quilted hearts found all over the world. I got out of my car to look at the orange ribbon. I was amazed to find this beautiful quilted heart! I didn’t feel right taking it, but then I realized someone made it and purposefully left this treasure for someone to find. I feel blessed to be that someone. This beautiful quilted heart truly has brightened my day and lifted my spirits. Thank you to the wonderful person who made it. I love it! It is now hanging on the mantle of my fireplace with my Fall decorations. Now I need to get busy making some quilted hearts for others!
