I had to go to the Monroe County Treasury office building to pay a large tax bill. It was raining, icky outside, had to walk around the puddles – not a very nice day. I get through the raindrops, up the wet stone stairs and almost into the building and glanced down upon the stone ledge to see this precious little heart. It put a big smile on my face because I knew what it was. I said to myself, I’ll let someone else enjoy it and if it’s there when I come back out…. Well it was and you know the rest of the story😃!
