Found the patriotic heart on the Fourth of July in Rochester Minnesota walking along with my granddaughter Teagen, and it was tied on Mayowood bridge. I was on my sisters trip when I found the second heart on July 10th the pink one with the pink rose on it , down in Prairie da shein Wisconsin , it was tied on fence in the park.
