Rest Area #63 on I-20 West of Augusta, GA
My 86 year old mother stays with me and my husband during the winter months to keep her from being alone in the cold Pennsylvania weather. We were returning from a trip from SC where we visited with my sister and stopped at this rest stop when I spotted this beautiful heart. I worked for many years in rescue and at vet clinics so the pattern of the fabric caught my eye. This heart will forever be hung on my Christmas tree and will remind me of the mother/daughter trip that we made together. The photo is my welcome home committee, two of my rescue pups.
