I have a Saturday Morning ritual to walk/hike with my girlfriends, which is something that I look forward to. Good for the body; good for the soul! This week we were walking the Damonte Ranch Wetlands loop. I saw a heart on the path. I stepped over it and then wondered to myself why there was a heart on the path? I picked it up and then saw that it was a quilted heart. I was going to leave it for someone else to find. But, I felt like I was meant to find it. I am going to share it with a girlfriend is going through a very tough time right now with the health of her husband-and, she’s a quilter!
