Good morning, I walk the JC Park Trail in Reidsville, North Carolina every single day. About 4 days ago I came upon a baggie with a quilted heart in it. I thought, how sweet of someone to display an item that someone must have dropped on the trail. I continued my walk and the next day, I saw that the heart was still there. Hoping whoever dropped it would notice it and reclaim it. On the 3rd day, still there even after the rain we got. On the 4th day, it was still hanging so I went up to it and decided to take it down and brought it home. I did not have my glasses on so I could not read the sign on it. It wasn’t until I got home and actually read “I NEED A HOME” that I came to realize, it was meant for “me” to take it and give it a home. I felt special because after leaving it day after day with hopes that the person who lost it, would recognize it and reclaim it, I now know that it wasn’t lost, it was meant to be found. I’m honored that it was me who found it. I think what the three sisters have been doing is an act of God’s love for total strangers to enjoy some beautiful work of art. I love anything with a heart shape. This is beautiful and I thank you for this wonderful gift.
