Walking with my peers along the sidewalk to attend the Board of Supervisors Meeting, this cute little heart caught my eye. After reading the message I put it in my pocket to admire later.
I felt the little heart was perfect at this time in our agency journey as well as my personal journey. We’re all in a season of change and it’s uncomfortable. Accepting the things we cannot control and choosing wisely about the things we can control are imperative to living each day present and in gratitude.
Thank you, Lord for more days than I could imagine, the family I love, my peers working so hard each day to better the lives of others even when in a season of great uncertainty, my husband, all the things and people.
