I walked past it hanging from a small tree on the way up the hill to my pharmacy with my husband and my dog on a Saturday morning. I read it quickly and assumed someone had found it and was making sure it got returned to its owner. After my errand, it was still there, so I read it more carefully. Neat! have a few close quilter friends who will probably know all about this. Excited to share it with them. 💗
