My 6 year old grandson came for a visit over the weekend. We ended up going on an adventure riding the Smart Train to the town of Petaluma. There we visited the local bookstore and had a lovely lunch. On our way back to the train my grandson looked down and saw a special little heart hanging from part of the bridge we were walking over. What a magical treasure for a child to find, we sat down, looked up this website and read all about the quilted hearts and their meaning. Thank you to whoever made and placed that heart on the bridge. Thank you for the lesson of kindness we were able to experience on our weekend adventure!
