I found my lovely quilted heart today at Charles Gardener hospital in Perth, Western Australia. It made me cry as the last few weeks have been very tough and the thought of someone doing something so sweet for another really lifted my spirits. So thank you to whoever you are and the hiding spot next to the quilt was perfect❤️❤️❤️
