After touring the Mycenae Archaeological site in Peloponnese, Greece I took a break under the olive trees. I took an up-close picture of the tree leaves because it was full of olives. I noticed ” trash” up in the tree which I thought was odd. Upon further inspection, I realized it was a piece of cloth ( it was turned upside down so the only color I could see was white; hence why I thought it was trash) only to realize what a unique treasure I just found. The heart was made with breast cancer awareness material. 13 years ago on September 29th I lost my friend Vickie to this terrible disease. I was excited and shared my precious find with my husband and some other people nearby. We just got home from touring Greece. The heart now hangs from the knob of my kitchen cabinet where I can look at it every day. So to whoever left me this “Gift” Thank you! You made my day!!!
