I found the quilted heart on a small tree branch outside of the Midwest Region National Park Service – Lewis and Clark Building. It was getting dark and the wind was blowing and I thought it was going to blow off the branch so I went over and saw the “I Need a Home” tag. It made my night! Thank you!
