I found my heart on February 22, 2023 at Guajome Lake county park. I walk there every day as part of my physical and mental fitness. I am 65 years old and going through a major life change. On a, new to me, spiritual journey.
This day was especially hard because I went to see my uncle in the hospital and he was not expected to survive. He is the patriarch of our family and I am next in succession.
I am also a single man and navigating that as well as trying desperately to start a romantic relationship with a dear close friend. It has been a rough road as we are both dealing with issues keeping us apart. Needless to say on this day my heart was aching.
I went for my walk and was on the last lap around the lake when walking by a post, something caught my eye. I stopped and saw a heart hanging from it. I looked at it and thought how sweet that was then turned to continue my walk. I only got about twenty feet away when instinct told me that heart was meant for me. I went back and retrieved the heart. It has stayed on my nightstand on top of a pile of books where it resides waiting to be replaced by the heart of my dreams.
This was synchronicity at its finest and could not have come at a better time. Thank you so much to whom ever left it. I means so much to me and helped get me through a difficult time. Ladies since I know you must be curious, the universe say’s that now is not the correct time and I have a journey of growth and healing to complete. Keep up the good work. It does make an impact.
