July 25, 2023. I was waiting outside the animal hospital to take my two dogs in for grooming, and I saw this pretty heart in a bush. I thought someone must have put it there in memory of a beloved pet, so I walked over to it, and saw the tag on the back that said “I need a home.” I really loved the colors in it, and the fact that it was handmade, so I was thrilled that it wanted a place to live where it would be forever cherished. I will always remember my lost pets whenever I see it.
