Neenah, WI USA

Having read about a previous Quilted Heart (Neenah #10) found near the ice rink in the downtown area, I have scanned the downtown area a few times before today. But on the way home from the vet I saw this potential quilted heart dangling on the fence, and had to stop and inspect it.
Some people were coming out of the plaza after detachment and I raised the heart up and called out “I found a quilted heart!” And explained what it was, and how it symbolized a cheerful care for whoever found it.
As a Peanuts fan I really liked the prominent Snoopy on the right, and the glittery ice skaters on the left is an easy reminder for where I found it. The back of this heart is a winter February pink snowfall with glitter effect like a cold night with freshly fallen snow. Which makes for a very difficult decision on which side to hang up. Lol
This is also the largest Quilted Heart that I have found.
