I was taking my puppy for a walk near our cabin and I saw this sweet little heart hanging in the tree, wet from rain. As soon as I read the note I took it down and headed home to show my kids. We all thought it was just so sweet! I can’t wait to make one and hang it to brighten someone’s day as well!
