On October 21, 2019 (we THINK) my husband and I were in Montpelier, Vermont. My husband was visiting one of the State Offices and I was outside in the front picking up acorns from the huge oak tree (I use them as decorations this time of year. When my hubby came out, he notice the metal “art form” that used to be in front of the Dept. of Motor Vehicles (he just retired from there!). Construction is occurring at the DMV so we supposed they moved the art form across the street. On this art form was this heart hanging on it. My hubby took it and brought it to me. At first I thought someone had lost it as people here are in the habit of hanging found items in case someone will claim it! Well, that’s how I ended up with this beauty–and yes, it BRIGHTENED my day! I would like to know WHERE it originated. I AM going to do this for someone else…what a lovely idea.
