I had just finished up my muay thai class and decided today was a good day to go journal outside. My favorite place to journal is in downtown mesa outside of a cute coffee shop where I sip my coffee, listen to instrumental music and zone in to my writing. Unfortunately today they closed a bit early. So I decided to visit my local bakery a few shops down, after ordering a delicious freshly baked croissant I was walking back to my favorite spot to journal when I stumbled up the cutest quilted heart! I was a little confused at first but the sign said “I needed a home”. It was a beautiful reminder to live in the moment and embrace your surroundings, this heart will reside inside my journal to serve as a reminder that my self care matters❤️💗
