Popped into the local library to pick up a book for my daughter. I was only inside for maybe 10 minutes and didn’t notice the heart when I arrived. But when I left, there it was: hooked onto a bush outside the back library door, near the hand rail for the steps. Someone in this town is very crafty, and has adorable hobbies.
