My husband and I were taking a walk in Madison Meadow park and stumbled upon the heart hanging from a small tree branch. I was curious and read the little tag and was so surprised! I untied it from the branch and we continued our walk. What a beautiful little surprise to find today! I am part of the crochet community and this made my little crafter heart smile. 🙂
