My husband and I are vacationing in the Berkshires and visited the Mass Audubon’s Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary today (May 29, 2023). During our walk on some of the easier trails, we found this lovely heart – it caught my eye on the side of the trail and as soon as I read the tag, I knew it was mine! Considering tomorrow is our anniversary, I felt it was a lovely memento of our trip, and am happy to give it a home!
