I live out of state and was visiting my only sibling and his family for Christmas. He’s been diagnosed with terminal cancer so we are cherishing every moment we have together. Working hard to stay grateful and present in the moment. On the Thursday after Christmas I volunteered to take him to his appointments to give us some private time together. As we slowly walked up to the medical office building, I spotted the quilted heart on the ground off to the side of the building entrance. I recognized what it was right away! It filled my heart at an especially tender and vulnerable time with its message of caring and love. Thank you so much! I can’t describe the positive and timely impact it made.
