My husband and I were on vacation in Canada and Lake Louise was one of our stops. It was a drizzly afternoon on 9/18/23 and to be perfectly honest, I was in search of the restroom. As I was walking down the path looking for the restroom, I noticed a splash of color on a small evergreen. With all the green background of the trees and bushes this colored object really popped into view. A small part of me was hoping it was a Quilted Heart but being 1900 miles from home I thought it was highly unlikely that I would find one and it was just wishful thinking. As I got closer to the small bush, I was shocked when I was able to see that it was definitely a Quilted Heart. I was so excited to find it. I have been reading all the posts and was hoping someday I would be lucky enough to find one. Thank you to the person who took the time to make the beautiful heart and for placing it in just the right place. Lake Louise is a beautiful part of the country and now I have the perfect memory hanging in my office to remind me of that awesome day in Canada.
