I went for a motorcycle ride to clear my head after having COVID-19 for a week. It was beautiful on the coast. For over 50 years whenever I get that lie in my head that the world would be a better place without me. I pick up trash to make the world more beautiful place, as I was down on the bluff picking up trash, I found my Quilted heart. I really wanted to give it away, but I need a reminder of all the other beautiful people in the world
