I decided to take my puppy for a walk and last minute chose to go a route we don’t often take. About half way through the walk I came across this lovely quilted heart, hanging from a bush. It made me smile and brought tears to my eyes. This year I lost both my senior dogs at 16 and 18. My 18 year old senior boy had been my best friend, my world and everything. He was my first dog and I chose him for my 10 birthday. It has been so difficult losing both of them and seeing this heart with a dog button that looked similar to my old boy, it just warmed my heart. It definitely feels like the universe sent me on a walk to find this heart made by someone special.
