Picture this: it was a typical morning stroll with my adorable new companion, Charlie, when something extraordinary caught my eye. As I glanced down, I couldn’t believe my luck – a quilted heart lay before me, as vibrant as a blazing sunset. Now, here’s the kicker: being a Mexican living in Canada, that heart bore an uncanny resemblance to the iconic maple leaf. I mean, talk about serendipity! You see, Canada holds a special place in my heart because it granted me the freedom I couldn’t attain back in my home country. In fact, I’m so grateful that I even got it inked onto my back, proudly displaying my love for this incredible land. But wait, there’s more!
